Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
2 eggs
salt
600 g cabbage
20 g lard
pepper
Method
Make a batter of flour, eggs, water and a pinch of salt. 2 is rolled thin sheets and allowed to dry. Stews in lard finely chopped cabbage until soft, from time to time make up water. Make a noodle from the sheet, boiled in salted water, strain, allowed to drain and mix with cabbage and pepper.
