Norfakski pudding

Ingredients
600 ml milk
120 g flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
50 g butter
500 g apples
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
Method
Flour and salt are sifted and stirring continuously, add milk and beaten eggs. The dough was allowed to rest for 1 hour. Apples are cooked, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into thin slices. The butter is heated in a shallow baking dish and top layer of even rank apples. Sprinkle with sugar, pour in the dough and bake about 20-30 minutes of strong preheated oven.

I've done it a few times and I think the best thing is as warm dessert.
