Ingredients
250 g fine oatmeal
100 ml sour cream
2 eggs
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp walnuts
3-4 tbsp raisins
7 g vanilla sugar or vanilla 1
3-4 g baking powder or soda little
Method
In a blender put the cream, honey and the walnuts, Beat (the walnuts become a walnut flour) and add the eggs and vanilla sugar, broken, add oatmeal, mixed with baking powder and raisins, and was kneaded until homogeneous. Leave to cool for 15-20 minutes until oatmeal absorb some of the liquid and soften. On paper buttered pastry with a spoon (or fingers) are shaped cookies - a distance of more than 1 cm, because in baking and light shows bleeding (optional) decorate with a piece of walnut. Bake in preheated medium (about 180C) oven about 12-15 minutes - until golden brown (the nuts and constipation). Immediately after removing move in a box, covered with a napkin, covered with a napkin (can be put and intermediate layers of tissue) and the box is closed, so as not to harden upon cooling.

Do not you moisturize napkins from the warm cookies in the closed box?
I have not tried yet, but I guess you're right. Probably be better with kitchen paper or baking paper.
