Omelet with potatoes and caraway

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
8 eggs
700 g potatoes
2 tbsp butter
salt
caraway
pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices or slices. Put them in a large pan with preheated oil well. Fry gently, sprinkle with caraway seeds and pour in the beaten eggs. Add salt is sprinkled with milled black pepper and grated feta cheese. Omelet bake until eggs are firm and transfer to a warm plate. Cut into portions and serve with a salad of your choice.
