Ingredients
          1 kg potatoes
          6 eggs
          1 onion
          sunflower oil
          salt

          Method
              Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Small fry onions and add the potatoes. By fried potatoes, add eggs. After browning on one side turns pancake.

I remember this omelette of my childhood, my mother was making him so ... unfortunately I could not do pictures of the finished omelet, very quickly eat :)
