Omelet with skinless sausage and cheese

skinless sausage
cheese

salt
Omelet with skinless sausage and cheese

Method
Eggs are broken along with salt. In a Teflon pan put oil and allow it to become hot. Arranged in several rounds pieces skinless sausage. Sprinkle top with grated cheese and place the eggs. As fry bottom turns and served folded in two.
