Onion meatballs

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
100 g carrots
pinch of pepper
pinch nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2-3 cloves pressed garlic
pickled onions
Method
Egg stir foam, carrots finely grated grater, add bread crumbs and spices, everything good is kneaded with minced meat and leave for about ten minutes. The blend formed meatballs, as in any place at lukche. Fry in preheated oil, possibly evenly on all sides.
