Onion pastry with salami

Ingredients
330 g flour + more small (up to 50 g) to knead
20 g fresh yeast
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
125 ml lukewarm yogurt
1 egg
3 tbsp sunflower oil or 40 g butter
2 tbsp larded or other sausage, diced
# For the filling:
5 onions
100-150 g larded salami

Method
Yeast dissolved in 125 ml lukewarm water, which was stirred sugar. Sift the flour. Make a well and add it effervescent yeast, salt, egg, sunflower oil or melted and cool off butter, yogurt. All mix and knead the dough, which is left to rise. Filling: onions are cleaned and peeled, cut into small pieces and stew in a little oil and salami. 2/3 of the dough is rolled into a sheet, laid in the pan, well greased or coated with cooking paper that pour stewed with onion salami, well distributed and leveled. Stuffing screw with dough crust and smeared with grease. Remaining dough is divided into two: one half roll of sheet and her like a lid-covered cake onion pastry. From the other half with the addition of 50 g diced salami-shaped around two dozen balls and arrange on the edges of the cake. Gently pricked with a fork, smeared with milk or egg yolk and onion pastry baked middle BBQ fan 180 C to mode.

I love cakes with onion (onion or leek), but my husband they frown (I and this makes them rare). But this recipe I liked. Thank you, Anego. Will make it in miniature version - I think not to be missed.

It is very tasty (expected:-). Use product and technology, worked with quantities of eye (single portion).
