Onion soup with cheese

Ingredients
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 slices (150 g) white bread
150 g feta cheese
pepper
salt
Method
Chop the onion slices and stew in the oil until golden color, then pour 5 cups hot water and allow to boil. Add the grated feta cheese and boil for 5-6 minutes. The finished soup sprinkled with pepper and served with toasted in an oiled dish cubes of bread.
