Oriental dish

Ingredients
4 zucchini
4 eggplants
1 kg tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic
mint and basil
dill
150 g pitted olives
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
2 cup yogurt
salt
sunflower oil
pepper
Method
Sliced ​​zucchini and eggplant are some salt and leave to drain. In a greased baking dish arrange row zucchini, eggplants row. On them is put chopped garlic and sprinkle with sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes, without adding water. Then the whole dish arrange the tomatoes, cut into slices, chopped olives, basil and mint. Bake another 20 minutes and pour the mixture of beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, yogurt and dill. Bake again until redness topping.
