Pangasius with Greek sauce

Ingredients
1 kg pangasius or other zander
# breading:
1/2 cup flour
5-6 tbsp beer
1 egg
# For the sauce:
2-3 slices of bread
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp vinegar
4-5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts

Method
Salt fish is cut into pieces. Mix flour, egg and beer to become mushy. Takes is a piece of fish and dipped in breading and fried. The sauce is prepared as bread soaked in water and squeezed, add garlic, vinegar, olive oil, the walnuts (milled or crushed), and salt. All this is passaged. Finished fish pour the sauce.
