Pasta salad with mozzarella

Ingredients
500 g striped pasta
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic - minced meat
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
350 g feta cheese Mozzarella
fresh basil
pepper, salt
Method
Put the pasta to be cooked in boiling salted water. Drain pasta finished well out of the water. Put them in the salad and mix with half the olive oil. Stay cool. Cut the tomatoes in in small pieces and add them to pasta. Mix the garlic with the parsley and the oil and Salt. Pour over the salad. Stir and leave to cool more. Before serving add the well drained liquid Mozzarella - cut into pieces.
