Pasta with tomato sauce and minced meat

250 g pasta
200 g minced meat
1-2 onions
2-3 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
300-350 g of tomato paste
dry basil
black pepper, paprika, oregano, salt
sunflower oil

Pasta (spaghetti, macaroni or some other kind) is boiled as directed. For the sauce: Chop into small cubes and fry in a little sunflower oil. When you acquire a golden color added to it, chopped, also on small cubes, garlic cloves. Care was taken not to burn and is stirred continuously, then the addition and the pepper (diced). Preferably, it is more and red. When the products are good braised, add the minced meat and fuzzy with a little water (to not get lumpy). Add the tomato paste and 1/2 tsp of sugar. Boil under the lid until ready the sauce, if necessary, can add a little water. Finally, add spices to taste, dried basil, ground pepper, paprika, salt and oregano. The cheese and fresh basil, put on the sauce wish.

Make a paste with just such a sauce, add a little finely chopped mushroom aroma and nutmeg. The sauce is very good side dish (without mince) and fried meatballs recipe :) Excellent!

And I so we make it Just do not put pepper. Then mix the sauce with the pasta and leave about 10 min. To take on the flavors. It's always delicious.
