# For the dough:
300 g yogurt
300 g melted pork lard
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 capsule liquid vanilla or vanilla powder 2
flour as you take
# For the filling:
200-250 g delight (color)
# For sprinkling:
powdered sugar

In yogurt is added to effervescent soda. Then add three spoons of sugar. The flour was added to the milk mixture of doses to yield a thick slurry. Pour the melted lard and mix well. Add vanilla. The last step is to knead the dough by hand until a soft ball Non-adhesive. The thus obtained dough was divided into seven balls. Each ball is rolled around a round crust. Roll out the crust is cut along a diameter of 8 parts - must be received 8 relatively equal size triangles. In the widest part of the triangle is placed quarter delight or other filling (chocolate, jam, etc.). Sweet is rolled from place to Turkish delight to the top of the triangle - formed muffin. Arrange in greased or covered with baking paper tray. Bake at 180C to slightly pinkish. Still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.
