Peppers in Etropolski

Ingredients
6 peppers
4 tbsp sunflower oil
4 potatoes
pinch of sugar
1 cup rice
1 cup cream
2 onions
salt
pepper
5 tomatoes
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs
parsley
Method
Peppers washed, cut to the handles and cleaned of seeds. Chopped onion fry with tomatoes to transparency. Add grated potatoes, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. This mixture is stuffed peppers and arranged in glass pot, among them lining peeled tomatoes. Pour over some water, add a little salt, a pinch of sugar, pepper and bake in a moderate oven. Shortly before withdrawing pour the cream and thoroughly mixed flour and dozapicha approximately ten minutes.
