Pita with cheese

Ingredients
40 g yeast
2 kg of flour
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp salt
1 liter of water
200 g cheese

Method
Kneaded dough. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out one portion size as the tray in which you will bake. Put it in the tray, smeared with plenty of sunflower oil is put feta cheese. Rolled and other parts in the same way. Cut into 8 pieces, each piece of which is wound as a muffin and again put in the tray. Leave to rise to a new, and then is coated with egg yolk. Bake in oven at 180 C for 40 minutes.

cake looks gorgeous! Only refine, please, how and how much flour cheese are needed. And how big baking pan. 1 liter of water will go at least 2 kg of flour, right? As long as you 1 piece of yeast (I guess it is a 1 cube of fresh yeast)?
