Pita with honey

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup lukewarm water
40 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 kg flour
Method
In cold water put the lump of yeast, milk and soda put all one by one pour into the well made in the flour, add salt and sugar and knead a soft dough. Divide into 3 parts, which are rolled long and narrow sheets. Brushed with melted butter or sunflower oil, are imposed on each other. Turn to roll and twist by Hitch and finally wound snail in a buttered pan. The pita smeared with yolk and allow to rise. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. Eaten with honey. This dough is very nice pizza and mekitsi. Furthermore, it can be kneaded in a large amount. Put it in a plastic bag, smeared with sunflower oil, and refrigerate. Can stand for 3-4 days.
