2 cups flour mixed with sugar, yeast and salt. To these are added slightly warmed milk, water and butter - the liquid mixture should be slightly Toplich, the butter has melted to, if you get too hot wait to cool slightly. Mix with mixer until homogeneous, then add the eggs and stir again with a mixer (maybe by hand). Add the remaining flour (parts) to obtain a tight dough that is kneaded until elasticity (6-8 minutes). The dough is placed in a greased bowl, paying to be pasted and above. Leave to rise for about an hour - while doubled in size. The finished dough is pressed to his air out and divided into two parts - one slightly larger than the other. Of much rolled elongated triangle with rounded corners - this will be the basis of the face of Santa Claus. This base is rolled on the sheet baking paper and then moved it in the tray, which will bake. The order of the pita case in this tray. A small portion of dough is divided into two equal parts - one will serve as a beard, the second is divided into balls pompon hat to the edge of the hat, nose and mustache. dough beard rolled trapeze small side slightly wider than the broadest part of the face * * Santa. With scissors or a sharp knife, cut into strips. So cut beard put on face * * - not below it and on it, can see light. The individual strips of beard can curl and twist - to slightly ruffled. Of the remaining dough separates a ball pompon for less ball nose. The edge of the cap is formed by fuse of this dough. Mustache - the dough is rolled into a wide rectangle, cut the ends, put it on top of the beard and round off there. pins are two raisins for eyes. yolks are stirred in two separate court in one add a few drops of red paint. Face, beard and mustache are coated with pure yolk. Nose, hat, pompons and the edge of the hat is smeared with red yolk. The pita is baked at 180C in a preheated oven, covered with foil for 15 more minutes to the 10th minutes without fthe oil. * The pita is sweet, but not too much - can be served with both savory and cookies with dishes. * Of course, can be done with another test of your choice, using the same layout.

Our burst bit - maybe put plenty of yeast (mine is bulk May embankment more), and home was hot down and we hang the pictures, and rise further as you style. I think it can be put for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator before you put in the hot oven to plunk not so.
