Pizza with cottage cheese and vegetables

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3.5 g of dry yeast (1/2 bag of 7 g)
1 tbsp olive oil
60 ml warm water
# For garnish:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 hour. h. cottage cheese
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper, sliced ​​
60 g mushrooms, sliced ​​
8-10 black olives
100-150 g cheese, shredded
Method
In deep bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Gradually add the oil and water. Stir until a dough by, if necessary adding more flour. The dough is mixed on floured surface until soft and become uniform. Put it in a bowl greased with sunflower oil, cover with paper towel. Allow to rise until doubled in size. The oven was heated to 190 C. The dough is mixed again for 2 minutes. Spread on a greased pan with sunflower oil (about 28 cm diameter). Spread dough evenly with tomato paste, then with the cottage cheese. Garnish with sliced ​​onions, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake about 20 minutes.
