Ingredients
          # For the dough:
          1/2 cup flour
          1/2 tsp sugar
          1/2 tsp salt
          3.5 g of dry yeast (1/2 bag of 7 g)
          1 tbsp olive oil
          60 ml warm water
          # For garnish:
          2 tbsp tomato paste
          1 hour. h. cottage cheese
          1 onion chopped
          1 red pepper, sliced 
          60 g mushrooms, sliced 
          8-10 black olives
          100-150 g cheese, shredded
              Method
              In deep bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Gradually add the oil and water. Stir until a dough by, if necessary adding more flour. The dough is mixed on floured surface until soft and become uniform. Put it in a bowl greased with sunflower oil, cover with paper towel. Allow to rise until doubled in size. The oven was heated to 190 C. The dough is mixed again for 2 minutes. Spread on a greased pan with sunflower oil (about 28 cm diameter). Spread dough evenly with tomato paste, then with the cottage cheese. Garnish with sliced onions, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake about 20 minutes.
