Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
2-3 yellow pear
100 g Camembert
for the marinade:
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2-3 clips chopped fresh chives
2-3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 pinches of pepper
2 pinches salt
Method
Cut the pears and the feta cheese into thin slices. Cut the pork fillet into 4 portions and Split each piece. Dissolve a piece of meat in one end put 2 pieces of pear and a piece of feta cheese. Wrap the meat roll. Tighten the roll with string. Mix all marinade products and marinate the rolls for about 4 hours. Bake them in moderate heated BBQ. Baking time is between 6 and 8 minutes.
