Pork with honey and fruit

Ingredients
1.5 kg ham (piece)
300 ml apple (or a mixture of white wine and apple juice)
6 winter pears
200 g apricots (fresh or dried)
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground coriander
pepper
salt
butter spreads
Method
The meat is washed and dried. Heated honey mixed with crushed thyme and ground coriander, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. The meat is coated on all sides with honey mixture, put it in a deep dish and pour the apple. Marinate for 4 hours, the first two hours, allowed to stand at room temperature, and then goes back to the refrigerator. The meat is placed in a greased with butter tray and bake for about an hour and a half in a preheated moderate oven. Half an hour before the end of roasting meat around rank cleaned fruit, cut into halves and spread with a mixture of honey and lemon juice. Everything dopicha until ready. The fruit should be tender, but without losing its shape.
