Ingredients
1 kg pork
2 large onions
1 carrot
2 bell peppers (green and red)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
spices to taste (savory, black pepper)
1 tsp paprika
1 cup hot water
salt

Method
Cut the meat in large chunks and place in a deep bowl. To it add chopped onion crescents, grated carrot and chopped peppers. Add soy sauce, red pepper, savory and pepper and other spices to your liking and taste. Stir nice and transferred into suitable for the oven pan (I use aluminum). BBQ on bottom and pour hot water. Turn the oven to 180C degrees for 60 minutes, 2-3 times as disconnected stirring (depending on the type of meat it is possible to extend it to baking mode). 10 minutes before it is ready meat Salt (beware - soy sauce is savory), stir and finish cooking. Garnish with rice, boiled potatoes or other side dish of your choice. * In winter use carrots and pickled peppers. * The dish can be prepared in a conventional oven.
