450 g frozen vegetable mixture - peas, corn, carrots, broccoli
4 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
6 eggs
200 -250 ml sunflower oil
dry white oregano, savory
300 g cheese

Place the bottom of the pot for slow cooking (slow cooker) frozen vegetable mixture. You can use frozen vegetables in another combination. On the mixture arrange sliced ​​thin onion slices and sliced ​​sausage. Dissolve in 1 cup ketchup water and pour into pot for slow cooking. Sprinkle with salt and some spices. Top with peeled and sliced ​​(thickness - 1 cm) potatoes. Sprinkle with the rest of the spices and the oil. If necessary, you can add a little more water, but the products should not be covered with liquid. Turn on medium pot for slow cooking and replace the lid. Cook for 8-9 hours without lifting the lid. Remove the cover. Divide the eggs on top, crush them one by one in the cup. Replace cover and cook for another half hour of maximum. Serve sprinkled with grated feta cheese.
