Potato balls with ham and cheese

Ingredients
500 g boiled potatoes
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp milk
100 g ham
100 g cheese
egg 1
2-3 green onions
# breading:
1-2 eggs
3-4 tbsp milk
breadcrumbs for rolling
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Boiled potatoes are creased with milk and salt. Add finely diced ham and cheese and onion, finely chopped. You can add the chopped parsley. All products are kneaded well with oily hands make small balls. Breading is prepared, the eggs are broken down very well with milk. The balls are rolled in breadcrumbs and then milk-egg mixture to the batter. Fry in preheated oil and drain on paper. * I sometimes do them with remaining potato salad by adding ham and cheese.
