Potato banitsi (Tiganitsi)

Ingredients
6 potatoes
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
3 eggs
grated nutmeg
salt
Method
Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until soft, pressed and mixed with milk, egg yolks, nutmeg and mix well. Finally add the beaten egg whites to firm and the banitsi fried in sunflower oil.
