Potato roll with minced meat

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
300 g minced meat
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 sprig fresh onion
1/2 sprig of parsley
1 egg (slightly)
1 yolk
salt
pepper
basil
Method
Cook potatoes and smash (Strain). Egg, bread crumbs, salt, basil and pepper stir and add to, finely chopped - onion and parsley. The whole mixture is added to mashed potatoes and mix well. Damp cloth even layer, spread the potato mixture. In an even layer on top, and put the minced meat. With the cloth is rolled up. It can be ordered in the pan instead of rolled - 1/2 karfonena mixture, all minced meat and top half of the potatoes. The roll is placed in a greased baking dish and smeared with yolk. Bake in preheated moderate oven, until browned.
