Ingredients
          3 large potatoes
          2 tbsp semolina
          25-30 g butter
          1/2 tsp paprika
          3 tbsp yogurt
          1 egg
          # For the croutons:
          2 slices bread
          sunflower oil

          Method
              Peel the potatoes, finely chopped and boiled in 3 cups salted water. Once you are dissolved, withdrawn and rubbing sore. In the water in which they boiled potatoes, cooked meal at constant stirring about 5 minutes. Add potatoes. In a pan heat the butter, stained with red pepper and pour into the soup. Thicken with beaten egg and yogurt.   Slices of bread smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkled with savory. Cut into small bites and baked in the oven.
