Method
Vegetables thoroughly wash, cleaned, peeled and cut into chunks. Place the vegetables in a saucepan and pour water enough to cover them. Add salt is (about 1 level teaspoon of salt should be sufficient) and cook until soft potatoes. Must be able to safely drive a fork in the potatoes.
