Potatoes with cream and red caviar

Ingredients
1 kg small potatoes
250 g cream
the juice of 1/2 lemon
60 g red caviar
1-2 green onions feathers
white pepper
salt
Method
Potatoes washed and boiled for 15-20 minutes in boiling salted water. Once tender, peel and leave to cool. Cream stir lightly with lemon juice. Add most of the red caviar. The mixture is stirred gently and seasoned with ground white pepper and salt to taste. Add potatoes and the whole was stirred again. Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with fine slices of green onion and other grains caviar.
