1 kg potatoes
80 ml sunflower oil or butter
200 ml milk
egg 1
1-2 tbsp flour
lemon juice
salt

Method
Sliced ​​potatoes cooked in salted water and drain. Serve with sauce prepared from fresh milk diluted with light roux of flour and the butter, which is boiled until the desired consistency. Season with egg, lemon juice and add salt to taste.
