Pots - surprise

Ingredients
500 g pork
400 g potatoes
500 g zucchini
250 g carrots
250 g onion
5 peppers
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
500 ml white wine
5-6 cloves garlic optional

Method
Garlic Hammer and onions, potatoes, courgettes, peppers, carrots and parsley finely chopped. Cut the meat into chunks. Add salt, pepper, tomato juice and wine mixture and nice mix. Distributed into the rings pots, they fell forward and put in a cold oven and then turn on. After about one and a half - two hours the dish is ready.

I will do this dish, but the zucchini in a large stew (instead of several small), you can? :) And can you red wine instead of white?

Svetla, of course it can, and in a large stew to do. A wine you can safely replace with red as you prefer.
