Pretzels with milk

Ingredients
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp brown sugar
2-3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
sea salt

Method
Mix all products without flour, milk must be warm. Add flour and knead until smooth and elastic dough. The dough can be left to rise for 1 hour in a covered bowl, but not necessarily. After the rise should be gently knead again. The oven switches to 220 C. The dough is divided into 6 balls that are rolled short fuses. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes. The dough should be easier to shape. Shape with the typical form of pretzels (may as pretzel or optional). Pretzels are placed in boiling water for 5-10 seconds, then put on a greased baking dish, sprinkle with fine sea salt and bake in oven for flocks g for 15 minutes or until golden brown. The most delicious while warm.
