Pudding of cabbage and mushrooms

Ingredients
200 g cabbage
200 g mushrooms
1 slice white bread
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
prachentse onion
4 eggs
4 tbsp (40 g) breadcrumbs
70 g butter
salt
pepper
butter spreads
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Method
Cleaned cabbage cut into strips, place in a few tablespoons of water and stew until almost soft. Strain and leave to drain. Toast cut into pieces and soak in milk. Finely chopped onion fry in 20 g butter. Cabbage grind with machine for meat, bread creases. Remaining butter mix of foam, add the yolks of parts, bread, cut into pieces and stewed in butter mushrooms, salt, pepper, minced meat cabbage and stir well. Add the beaten egg whites and breadcrumbs, the mixture is poured into a greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and cooked in a water bath for about 45 minutes. Cooked pudding turns, cut into pieces and served with mushroom sauce.
