Pudding with noodles in Hungarian

Ingredients
400 g noodles
150 g minced meat
100 g sausages
30 g butter
1 onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
50 g cheese
pepper
paprika
parsley
salt
Method
The noodle is boiled in salted water, drained (water reserves) and pour the melted butter . Onions fry with minced meat and chopped sausage in vegetable oil, sprinkle the flour, salt, pepper and paprika and parsley and pour the water from the noodles and milk to obtain slurry. Mix with noodles, pour into greased with butter and dusted with breadcrumbs court. Pour in beaten eggs. Dish bake 25-30 minutes until browned. Cut into portions and sprinkle with grated cheese. Separately served salad.
