Preheat oven to 180 C. In a cup mix raisins with 1 tbsp warm water. Let them soak for about 15 minutes. Molten mix butter with sugar until you get a light and fluffy. Then gradually add the beaten eggs and pumpkin puree. In a separate, larger bowl mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and ginger. Add the pumpkin mixture and stir at least 1 minute until everything nice mix. Add the raisins and nuts. In tray Spread baking paper. On it using a spoon arrange balls of prepared mixture. Bake about 15 minutes, but beware not to be a mistake, because it will be very hard. Let them cool down for a minute and remove from baking sheet with a spatula.
