Ingredients
400 g pumpkin puree
2 cup water
2 cup unsweetened almond milk or plain milk or water
2 tbsp raisins
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cardamom plus plus 1/4 tsp cloves or 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tea cup . oatmeal
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
honey or maple syrup for serving
whipped cream, for serving

Method
Pumpkin puree, water, milk, raisins, salt, spices are put to boil on high heat. Add oats. Stove reduces mess and cooked according to instructions on package, stirring often. Meanwhile, pumpkin seeds are roasted in a dry pan over medium heat until they are fragrant and lightly golden brown. Porridge served with cream and honey or maple syrup to taste and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
