Pumpkin Souffle

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin (un-cleaned)
4 egg whites
2 yolks
70 g flour
160 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
butter spreads

Method
Pumpkin cleaned of seeds and without white cut, sprinkle with 60 g of sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. Then the sheet is removed and the pumpkin puree is made and mixed with egg yolks and cinnamon. Whip of snow remaining sugar and mix with pumpkin puree. Mix carefully, adding the flour and mix again. Pour into greased with butter and sprinkled with sugar shapes. Bake 10-12 minutes in preheated oven 200C degrees.
