Puree peas on a bed of caramelized onions

Ingredients
1 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp mustard
35 g processed cheese
20 g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
20 g feta cheese smoked Gouda
2 onions
salt and pepper
sunflower oil for frying onions

Method
In a blender, combine the peas, milk, mayonnaise, mustard, processed cheese, the butter and olive oil. Blend until a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the grated smoked gouda. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. This process can be done with a blender or chopper. Caramelized onions ready in heated skillet, add onion cut in crescents. Fry until the onions become golden - brown and start to caramelized. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish starting from the couch. On a bed of onions with a ring shape puree. Serve as a side dish to meat or as an appetizer.
