Quiche with broccoli and mushrooms

Ingredients
# For the base:
220 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg
1-2 tbsp cold water
salt
# For the filling:
500 g broccoli
5 field mushrooms
100 ml cream
125 g cream cheese
100 g cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
salt
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method
For the base: Pour the flour on the counter, sprinkle salt on it and do well. In the well put diced cold butter, egg and water. Mix products quickly with your fingers and gradually knead flour. Once the dough is smooth, shape into a ball, flatten it and wrap in transparent foil. Put the dough for half an hour in the refrigerator. :) When you divide the broccoli into florets, cut with a knife on stebaltsata them crosswise - so the shafts have the same time as curly part.
