Ingredients
4-6 fillets (cutlets) turkey meat
4 eggs
50 g oatmeal
50 g breadcrumbs
flour
butter
pepper
salt
Method
Turkey cutlets are crushed and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Oats are added to the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs 2. Mix well. Schnitzel is rolled in flour, the other two eggs and oatmeal-crumb mixture. Fry in heated butter until golden.
