Ingredients
1 small rabbit
1 slice of smoked breasts
10-12 small onions (shallots)
500 g potatoes
150 g mushrooms
1 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic
1 bunch root soup (carrot, celery, parsley)
half bay leaf
broth 1 cup water
1 tbsp flour
butter, pork lard or sunflower oil of your choice

Method
Well Washed rabbit is cut into portions. Grind the garlic with a little salt and a few drops of sunflower oil. Peel onions sauté in oil with salt, pepper and chopped into small pieces smoked brisket. Remove them and in their place put pieces of rabbit meat rolled in flour. Fry them. Add garlic and pour hot broth (or water). As a boil, add the wine, chopped roots, bay leaves, return smoked brisket and onions and boil for half an hour. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and add to the dish. Simmer for about half an hour. 15 minutes before ready add the washed and sliced ​​mushrooms. Serve the rabbit pieces on one side of the platter, mushrooms and potatoes on the other side. Part of the sauce can be served in sauce-boat.
