Rabbit in Italian

Ingredients
800 g rabbit meat
2 tbsp sunflower oil
125 g butter
50 g salo
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 piece of celery
100 g mushrooms
1/3 cup white wine
3-4 tomatoes
1 tsp chopped parsley
salt, pepper
Method
Clean and wash the meat. Cut it into small pieces, add salt them and sprinkle with pepper. In the oil fry salo, and in 2/3 of the butter fry the onions, crushed garlic, chopped celery and parsley. Add the meat and fry it good. Pour the wine and add the chopped mushrooms. Finally, add the peeled and grated tomatoes, sandwiching court and stew until tender meat. Before to serve, add the melted butter. Serve warm.
