Ready spinach dish with pastry

Ingredients
300 g filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
400-500 g spinach
1 cup yogurt
100 g feta cheese
1-2 sprigs of mint or 1 tbsp dried
parsley
5 scallions or 1 large onion
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Spinach is cleaned, washed and cut into julienne. Chop in small pieces and stew with 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil, a little later add spinach, make very little water and stew for 15-20 minutes. 3 eggs are broken and mixed with yogurt and crumbled feta cheese. Pour spinach to up the cold, add salt, put chopped herbs and add salt if needed. Mix everything and devote 1-2 tablespoons of topping. In an oiled pan put 2 sheets, sprinkle with sunflower oil, then the filling and thus turns, ends with sheet. Cut into large squares. Remaining egg mix, add stuffing separately, pour a little water, 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil and pour the banitsa. Bake in preheated oven over medium heat until browned. If you use the peel with greater weight, and increases the weight of products, eggs are 5 or 6

I make this pie with nettles, without onion and spices. Becomes very delicious.
