Rice balls party Arriva

Ingredients
300 g rice
100 g of ham, bacon or sausage of your choice
5 g turmeric
70 g butter
salt
Method
The rice is cooked over low heat in 900 ml water or broth 10 minutes and was allowed to absorb the liquid. Separated 3/4 of rice and while it is still warm add turmeric, the butter and spices optional. The remaining 1/4 white rice is washed and well drained - put it in a bowl and serve for rolling of balls. Yellow rice balls are made in the middle of which put small pieces of sausage, then rolled in white rice. Finished rice party balls are arranged in a salad on a bed of various vegetables, sausages, crackers.
