Ingredients
1/4 cabbage
300 g sausage
300 g rice
parsley
soy sauce
pepper
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and sausage slices . Heat a little oil in a deep pan and fry the cabbage and sausage for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Add rice, 1-2 tbsp soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes. Make water, seasoned the dish with salt and pepper and boil until ready. The finished dish is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
