Rice with olives

Ingredients
300 g rice
150 g not savory olives
3 onions
5 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
In 4 tbsp sunflower oil heated fry gently peeled and chopped onion. Add the cleaned and washed rice and fry until translucent. Serve sprinkled with pepper, pour 3 cups water and leave on low heat to simmer until the rice absorbs the water. Add salt, add the olives, which are removed stones, 1 tbsp sunflower oil, bay with 2 more cups water and dosvaryava low heat. Serve cold, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
