Risotto with fish

Ingredients
300 g rice
1 onion
400 g fillet of zander
2-3 cloves garlic
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 cube vegetable broth
40 g butter
dill
parsley

Method
Fish fillet cut into cubes and fry in the oil. Remove the oil and fry the chopped onion, garlic and rice. When the rice is transparent put turmeric, cube broth and pour water, about 1 l of parts, assignment of its rice. Returns to the fish, add the butter, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley and serve.
