Roasted fish with cream

Ingredients
750 g fish fillet
800 g potatoes
1 cup cream
2 eggs
200 g mushrooms
50 g cheese
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
butter
Method
Pieces of fish Add salt, sprinkle with pepper and fry in a pan with sunflower oil. Fried and chopped mushrooms and potatoes cut into circles with thickness 0.5 cm. The fish is put into a greased pan and butter on each piece put slices of hard-boiled eggs and mushrooms. They shall bear eating fries and pour the sauce of cream. The sauce is prepared as the cream is heated and when the boil, add 1 tsp flour 1 tsp butter and a pinch of salt. Boil for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Flooded with fish sauce is dusted with grated cheese. Watered with melted butter and ostyavya for 5-6 minutes in a hot oven to red.
