Roasted peppers with yogurt

Ingredients
1 kg red peppers
150 g yogurt
50 g walnuts
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
The peppers are baked and peel. Cleaned of seeds and stalks and cut into chunks. The walnuts and garlic crushed them together and add the oil, yogurt and salt to taste. Stir thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Peppers pour the mixture.

I fry the peppers with a little flour.

If you put it and Cheese superb.

And if you poleesh fried in oil with paprika ...

This is great. Do it without nuts.
