Roasted turkey with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients
800 g of white meat turkey (piece of rind)
30 g butter
2 onions
5 small sour apples-cookies
2 pinches of cinnamon
2 pinches ground cloves
black pepper
salt
Method
The meat is washed, dried, and the skin is made diamond cuts. Rub with salt and pepper and fry evenly on all sides in the heated butter. The pulp was transferred to a tray in which pour a little hot water or broth, and is baked for about 70 minutes in a preheated 200 C oven. Onions is cleaned and cut into rings and apples are peeled, cleaned of core and cut into slices. Add in the tray of meat 15 minutes before end of baking and sprinkle with cinnamon and ground cloves. Dopicha dish, remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Then the meat is cut into thin slices and serve garnished with onions and apples.
